很喜欢专辑所营造出的阴冷气氛,偶尔的爆发也给人Doom的感觉,很久没有如此沉静的听一张专辑..."Great Music for Lonely Walks, Hangovers or Just Falling Asleep" 这个介绍我深表认同...近期最喜欢的一张专辑... 

他们比The White Birch更幽暗，比Gregor Samsa更沉静，却又比July Skies更让人亲近。当人声在器乐背后低吟起来的时候，这会让你联想到谁呢？久违的Red House Painters？不错，Escape The Day就应该算是Post Rock的躯壳，Sadcore的灵魂。正是这样的躯壳和灵魂，却结合得如此纯粹，纯粹得让人恍惚间就会迷失。 

我们都有这样的时刻，经意或不经意的，走过这城市某个角落，晕绿的路灯下，这路的尽头在哪？我们的明天又在哪？当你不断的想起未来辗转未定，或者往事无法追回的时候，这是否又是个难眠之夜？ 

这张专辑属于一定会从第一首听到最后一首的那种。直到耗完50分钟，都动弹不得。不是因为愉悦。很多音乐都让人感到愉悦，可这张绝对不是。

来自德国柏林的后摇乐队Escape the Day第一张也是唯一的一张专辑《Ghostless》，原本04年底发行的因为成员Florian的自杀而被搁浅。这张专辑来自漆黑无光的深处，能够把所有人的注意力都集中在他的独奏音乐里。
