Recently voted America's Best DJ for 2011 by DJ Times and Pioneer, world renowned DJ and Producer Kaskade is gearing up to release his next artist album, "Fire & Ice" due out on Ultra Music this October. Kaskade's new album features the hit singles, "Eyes (feat.
