《....from the Pagan Vastlands》是波兰异教黑金属乐团Behemoth的首张正式作品，来自94年的一张典型Northern Black Metal经典。它不仅深得挪威早期乐队如Darkthrone，Mayhem，Burzum等的精髓，又有着明显波兰气息的异教情节。而作为此张专集本身，似乎更是modern Black Metal的启蒙教材之一，后续无数乐队都受到它的启发开始利用原声吉他，键盘等来营造异教氛围。
Behemoth作品的旋律线非常明显，每首作品都是Darkthrone加Burzum式的原始黑背景结合波兰式的异教旋律和氛围，原始感觉的同时又寒冷邪恶。
