The Smashing Pumpkins于近日发行新专辑《Monuments to an Elegy》，这也是乐队音乐计划“Teargarden by Kaleidyscope” 的第二章， 之外包括2012年的《Oceania》和预计明年推出的新作品《Day for Night》。目前乐队固定成员只剩Billy Corgan、Jeff Schroeder两位，在之后的巡演中会有来自Rage Against the Machine的Brad Wilk担任鼓手，The Killers的Mark Stoermer担任贝斯。
