Terror Jr release their third track, "Trippin," premiering exclusively on V. Like all of Terror Jr.'s tracks, "Trippin" is a saccharine dose of pop, with processed vocals that somehow come off as authentic. By turning drinking and drug euphemisms into love stories (or maybe the other way around), Terror Jr. effortlessly tap into a youth culture that their mainstream contemporaries only hope to be a part of—barring, perhaps, The Weeknd ("I Can't Feel My Face," anyone?). No one is saying Selena Gomez doesn't enjoy a cocktail, but what exactly is a "metaphorical gin and juice"? Perhaps the group comes off so believably because the identity of its vocalist is still a secret.
