Disney’s Friends for Change single, “Send It On,” will answer that question, as part of the program that encourages you to make a difference and help the planet. It features Disney superstars – Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez – and is the sweet sounds behind a truly worthy cause. Net proceeds will go to environmental charities through the Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund.
