Spring EP

Chardon, Ohio and Savannah, Georgia United States [ On Escalators ] is a solo project of college student and multi-instrumentalist Alex Previty.

　　He has been in various musical groups throughout his childhood and has recently felt himself as a musical outcast. Now on his own, he is able to express himself entirely through his solo project.

　　Being completely instrumental, the music focuses on the simple complexities of clean weaving guitars, bright basslines and busy drums that never seem to rest.

　　The music ranges from ambient and pulsing post-rock to quick and aggresive melodic moments. This will appeal to fans of ” Meet Me in St. Louis ” ~ ” Enemies ” ~ ” youmetheswitch ” and ” Native “.

　　~~~~~~~~ ( I had a go on their myspace this am and I immediately fell in love with [ On Escalators ] but of course the DL / UL and gathering info process took me a while to get here.

　　Right now I am listening to the actual downloaded file, obviously the sound quality is much better as oppose to mypace. Simple… direct… fully instrumental with occasional punches.
