鈴木慶一が結成したControversial Sparkは、元カーネーションの矢部浩志、栗コーダカルテットや図書館の近藤研二、フリーのベーシストとして幅広く演奏活動を展開する岩崎なおみ、元the roomsのkonoreと、20代から60代までの各世代メンバーによって構成されるBetween Generationなバンドだ。資料には「どこか捩じれたポップ感覚あり、POST・POST・POSTニューウェイヴなサウンド」とある。
