正式版的leave out all the rest的歌词比较消极，感觉就像查斯特的内心独白。但是DEMO版的麦克唱的not to be alone感觉就像麦克在鼓励查斯特，告诉他你并不孤独。[爱心]（事实上麦克为查斯特写过许多歌曲帮助鼓励他走出困境）最后祝CC走好，R.I.P.[拜]

麦子属于乐观派，对于西菇的抑郁想法会及时引导，歌词中也能看出来，一般麦子的词相对轻松治愈，C则有许多发泄，愤怒的歌词（跟C唱核也有关） 很遗憾陪伴这么多年的麦子，包括粉丝们也无法挽留住C，nobody can save him... RIP
这首歌给我的感受，是当麦克在得知老查想离开后，麦克开始说服麦克，想让老查回味这个世界，看看这个世界的美好，所以老麦这首歌的节奏会显得比较快，比较的积极向上。而正式版的，老查知道老麦的意思后，开始慢慢的道出内心独白，让老麦不需要过多的担心自己，自己会做好这一切。
中间那一段rap原本是没有歌词的，后来很久才有人上传了，所以才有这条热评
