你们结伴而生，亦将相伴永远。 [00:11.92]You shall be together when the white wings of death scatter your days.
你们彼此相伴，哪怕死亡的白翼，令你们的日子零落分散。 [00:16.14]Aye, you shall be together even in the silent memory of God.
是啊，即便在真神的静默记忆之中，你们也彼此相伴。 [00:20.15]But let there be spaces in your togetherness.
虽则你们契合如一，契合之中须有空间。 [00:23.02]And let the winds of the heavens dance between you.
好让天堂之风，在彼此之间翩跹。 [00:26.24]Love one another, but make not a bond of love:
彼此须当相爱，却不可将爱变成绑缚： [00:29.71]Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls.
要让爱成为浩瀚大洋，在彼此灵魂的两岸之间起伏。 [00:34.39]Fill each other's cup but drink not from one cup.
斟满彼此的杯子，却不可同饮一盏。 [00:38.17]Give one another of your bread but eat not from the same loaf.
以面包相互馈赠，却不可共食一片。 [00:42.21]Sing and dance together and be joyous, but let each one of you be alone,
你们要一起歌舞尽欢，各自也要独自孑然， [00:47.89]Even as the strings of a lute are alone though they quiver with the same music.
正如鲁特琴弦，一根根各自分明，哪怕它们为同一段旋律抖颤。 [00:52.64]Give your hearts, but not into each other's keeping.
交出你们的心，却不可托付对方收存。 [00:56.46]For only the hand of Life can contain your hearts.
只有生命之手，才容得下你们的心灵。 [01:00.37]And stand together yet not too near together:
你们要并肩而立，却不可靠得太近： [01:03.73]For the pillars of the temple stand apart,
要知道，神庙的廊柱皆有间距， [01:06.51]And the oak tree and the cypress grow not in each other's shadow.
橡树与柏树也不会托庇于彼此的树荫。
