[00:48.550]recognizing that flexibility and political will from all
[00:53.320]are urgently needed," it said.
[00:56.100]G-20 ministers also talked about the possibility of creating a voluntary code of conduct
[01:04.110]to govern negotiations between creditors and countries on the verge of defaulting on debt.
[01:11.170]The code would outline the steps that should be taken to prevent a financial crisis.
