[01:34.45]The WCRF has estimated that 19,000 cancers a year in Britain could be prevented
[01:42.05]if people lost their excess weight with growing evidence that excess body fat increases the risk of various cancers.

[01:59.81]which in turn increases your risk of developing cancer, as well as other diseases such as heart disease." she added.
