翻译有点问题，power junkie，应该是权力瘾君子，不是“有权力的废物”。从歌词的描述，ta在不停的吹嘘，炫耀自己的权力，正是对权力上瘾的形象。并且scarf monkey 和 沐猴而冠的形象也类似。
