艾比会比以前过得更愉快！整部电影从开头就喉咙哽咽，欲哭无泪，心痛，残酷，到最后情绪爆发，跟随着艾唉泣不成声，是因为我泪点太低吗，大家告诉我我不是一个人[流泪][流泪][流泪][流泪]
天哪，本来背影配前奏就够虐心的了，mjb的声音一出眼泪一下就出来了
片尾我没有关电视 我看着艾比的身影一步步走向地平线的尽头 就好像看了一场打的精彩却没有胜利的恶仗 精彩却遗憾

电影《帮助》 有时候，我们在不情愿中却爱上了敌人； 有时候，逃避不是出路，而勇敢面对却是生的途径； 有时候，部分不代表所有，再憎恨的群体中，也能找到爱的种子。
一是因为，一直都有搜电影soundtrack的习惯，而是因为，看到这部电影的结尾真的被这首歌感动到了，看着艾比在阳光洒落的大树下坚定地往着自己的自由方向前进。
看到女主家的女佣在离开时 用手触摸这些年在墙上给女孩记录的身高 瞬间泪目
这部温暖的电影给我最大的感触就是：这个世界真正需要大批勇敢睿智、不循规蹈矩的女性。
因为考研这四五个月没怎么有娱乐活动了，每天早上起来之后去自习室的路上都会听手稿乐队的hall of fame 今天下午因为搬寝室有一些休息的时候，在我的喜欢里随机播放到这一首，可能因为这段时间的复习，英语有所提升吧，就每个词都听的很清楚。觉得生活真的需要很大的勇气和斗志。
