美国新奥尔良遭飓风袭击，Green Day和U2两大摇滚乐团携手，希望能够借助自己乐团的号召力让更多人参与援助，为灾民做一些贡献。当晚，U2和Green Day在重建后重新启用的橄榄球会场举行的橄榄球比赛前做暖场演出时翻唱了The Skids的这首歌曲，并录制成唱片筹款。
