纵观历史才知道绥靖政策是通敌背叛的同义词。但是有没有想过，绥靖政策是当时欧洲复杂形势的主色调，绥靖一词在当时象征着和平，而慕尼黑会议则是一个针对德国对《凡尔赛合约》分歧的一个解决方案。慕尼黑会议初衷是建立了一个和平公正的欧洲新秩序。
